November’s Catalyst Club was a corker! We learned about Shackleton’s doomed journeys to Antartica from Nada Wakeford; we discovered why gaming and immersive art forms are the most important art forms of today via BrightBlack’s Simon Wilkinson and Myra Apannah; and filmmaker Daisy Asquith shared her research into public and media attitudes towards queer culture in the 1960s and her resulting Queerama documentary.
Our last Catalyst Club of the year promises to be very special, and includes a talk live from the snowy darklands of Svalbard and the welcome return of performer, poet and author Rosy Carrick and counterculture writer Ben Graham.
