To celebrate our 19th anniversary in July we showed Danny Hammond’s beautiful and meditative film on the river Ouse, Downstream.

For our talks Vera Zakharov also took us on a journey down the Ouse, exploring its ecology and industrial history; Patti Webb told her moving story of a life told through motorbikes and cultural entomologist Bridget Nichols revealed the extraordinary genius of termites, bees and other insects.
